The Institute for Relational Intimacy is acting as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us, including your personal contact information and the contact information of your affiliated organization.

Your personal data is processed by our personnel located in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. However, we use servers provided by WebHost Manager and ManageWP Orion, and your personal data may be archived on these servers for the purposes of hosting and maintenance.

We also use third-party services, including the Facebook like button, Facebook pixel code, Google Analytics, Facebook Custom Audiences, Amazon AWS, Paypal, Square, and Stripe. These services also collect personal data, analytics, cookies, and usage data.

Transmitting information on the internet is never completely secure. Although we use best practices to protect your data, we can never completely guarantee its safety.

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or all of our business or assets to another organization, we may share your personal data with the acquiring organization. We will require the buyer or transferee to comply with our commitments provided in this privacy policy.
